Detailed guide on paying electricity bills online for Jaipur, Ajmer, and Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam (JVVNL, AVVNL, JdVVNL) via eMitra.
Find the 12-digit K-Number (K-No.) on the top-right corner of your previous electricity bill.
Go to the eMitra kiosk or open the online payment portal.
Enter the K-Number to retrieve the consumer name and outstanding bill details.
Verify that the consumer name and total amount to pay matches your physical bill.
Choose the payment method (UPI, Netbanking, Cards or Cash at Kiosk).
Once payment is completed successfully, collect the computer-generated eMitra receipt.
It is a 12-digit number located on the top-right header section of the bill under consumer details.
The deducted amount is usually auto-refunded to the original payment source within 3-5 working days. Double-check status with K-No.
