Refund Policy

1. Overview

Vikram E-Mitra Portal is primarily a free educational information service. We do not charge users for accessing job notifications, results, current affairs, study notes, or online mock tests on this platform.

However, our physical E-Mitra Kiosk Center at Barauli, Dholpur (Rajasthan) provides government-authorized citizen services (such as document submissions, form filling, certificate applications, etc.) that may involve service charges as permitted by the Rajasthan Government's E-Mitra fee schedule.

2. E-Mitra Kiosk Service Fees

For services rendered at our physical kiosk centre (in-person assistance with government applications, form submissions, certificate applications, etc.):

• Government Fee Component: Any government fees, application fees, or challan amounts paid to government departments are non-refundable once submitted, as these are governed by respective government departments.
• Kiosk Service Charge: Our service charge (as per the E-Mitra fee schedule) is collected for the time and assistance provided. If a service could not be completed due to our technical error, we will refund the kiosk service charge portion.
• Refund Eligibility: Refund requests for kiosk service charges must be raised within 7 working days of the service date, with a valid receipt.

3. Online Platform — No Charges

As of the date of this policy, no payment is collected through our online platform (vikramemitra.in) for any digital service including:

• Job Notifications & Alerts
• Result & Admit Card Information
• Current Affairs & News
• Study Notes & PDFs
• Online Mock Tests & School Tests
• Scholarship Information
• AI Mentor Access

Should any premium feature be introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly and users will be notified in advance.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a kiosk service charge, please contact us with:

1. Your full name and contact number
2. Date of service and receipt number (if available)
3. Description of the service availed
4. Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 working days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or in cash at our physical centre.
