Fill in registration particulars, PWL rank, Jan Aadhaar details, and bank account details.
Complete the Shapath Patra (Affidavit) and get the Land Certificate verified by Revenue Patwari / Sarpanch / VDO.
Attach attested copies of Jan Aadhaar, Aadhaar, Job Card, and Bank Passbook per the page 10 checklist.
Submit the verified dossier to your Gram Panchayat office, Sarpanch, or Gram Vikas Adhikari (VDO) / Panchayat Samiti.
Under PMAY-G, eligible beneficiaries receive ₹1,20,000 for plain areas in 3 installments for house construction, along with 90 days of MGNREGA unskilled wage employment and ₹12,000 assistance for toilet construction under Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen).
